(Kids friendly/family with kids) Our family had a great experience here at Home2 Suite Hilton Hotel! Our room was cleaned and spacious! The pool was warm at perfect temperature! The front desk lady was nice in opening the pool gate for us and also getting us more towels. I also liked that there was security there that made us felt safe. We had the view of an airport and didn’t hear any sounds of airplane. Didn’t wake up in time for the free breakfast but overall it was a great stay!

All the basic necessities for a like-home stay. I needed to make a couple of no-bake desserts for a Christmas potluck and the room had everything I needed (microwave, can opener, large dishes, full size refrigerator, dishwasher). Breakfast was very good, with hot options like omelets, sausage, oatmeal and waffles. Also had yogurt, fruits, cereal, milk and juices. Coffee and tea served almost all day. Added bonus for us, it is right next to a small airport and we love watching the small aircraft take off and land from our window.

The breakfast selection was horrible to say the least. Did not like that it did not have a quiet area where you could conduct business. The area did not look too safe either.

This Hilton property is the best in the Oakland Bay area side of the San Francisco Bay. They nestled the location of the property in Hayward, California, which is 20 minutes from downtown Oakland off the 880 high-way. Even when it’s 80 degrees, there is always a nice cool breeze coming off of the bay because they positioned the hotel right next to the Hayward Airport. The views from the hotel are amazing because of the airport’s location. I have been staying at this new property for 6 months while working on a Salesforce Cloud Transformation project for a very large public utility company. For six months, Brandy at the front desk has delivered exceptional customer service. I feel as though I'm living in a contemporary luxurious apartment that comes with a 24-hour security guard, housekeeping, laundry, and fitness center services. The pool area and lobby amenities are all styled in the fashion of a Hilton Diamond property. Thank you team!

Our stay was so good. The staff and hospitality were amazing. Big shout out to Milly (or Lini.... sooo sorry if I got it wrong) for helping accommodate my family. The rooms were phenomenal. Had a room key issue with our second room but apart from that, everything was Awesome!

I have been staying here two weeks now all the staff is very friendly, kind very patient and helpful housekeeping very friendly I have enjoyed my stay here very clean on top everything. I highly recommend this place and thankful for all staff members that are nice and friendly.

Hotel and rooms were clean and well maintained. The room was spacious and comfortable. The like a fresh egg instead of scrambled egg which does not suits me. I will stay again and avoid scrambled eggs.
